Yeah no... Botox your traps and good luck carrying groceries, suitcases, lifting weights, even raising arms out to the side, lifting anthing overhead.... It'll wreak havoc on almost every upper body lift or carrying/pulling lift you can think of. Even supporting a barbell on your back. The traps help stabilize the scapula and support movements like raising the arms out to the side and overhead. They also help stabilize the spine/neck. So you're more likely to sustain injury to your shoulders, back, and neck by doing something like this. Our traps serve a purpose. Don't mess with that to chase after an aesthetic because we as humans have traps for many very important reasons.

I read, after you do your skincare routine, you have to wait 5 mins before applying your sunscreen, so it will give time for your skin to absorb the products. Do you still wait 5 mins after the ampoule/serum step before applying the moisturizing sunscreen if you are skip the cream skip?

If you're going to do this you DONT need this much. Just put a thin layer over your face and allow to absorb well before bed! (I have acne and this method doesn't cause me to break out, actually helps repair my barrier after using my active acids.) This specific barrier repair moisturizer is by Soonjung and I've been loving it! I wake up with such smooth and glowy skin.

I'm here a year later because I'm trying to get clearer skin this summer as one of my goals, and since I've watched this video, I have noticed such a difference. My acne was never like horrible per say but as a growing teen with hormonal imbalances, it was definitely there. Now I'm working on getting rid of the last few bumps but my skin has never felt better.
